Terms
Last updated August 1, 2026
ScreenCrowd is a personal project, built and run by one person, not a company. There is no legal entity behind it, just a founder building in the open. These terms set expectations in plain language instead of legal boilerplate.
The service is in beta
ScreenCrowd is in beta. Features ship, get adjusted, and sometimes get pulled back if they do not work. Use it knowing that is the current state of things.
No warranty
ScreenCrowd comes as-is, with no warranty of any kind. There is no promise the app will be bug-free, always available, or fit for any particular purpose. Do not build anything critical around it during beta.
Community rules
Be decent to other people using ScreenCrowd. Do not post spoilers outside of areas clearly marked for them. Comments or accounts that break these rules, or that are abusive, spammy, or otherwise make the place worse, can be removed or suspended at the founder's discretion, with no guaranteed appeals process.
Pricing
ScreenCrowd is free for everyone during beta. Once beta ends, the pricing published on the site applies going forward, currently a free tier and a Crowd tier at $4.99 a month. If pricing changes later, it applies to new signups, not as a surprise increase for people already paying.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. If you stop using ScreenCrowd, your account and data stay as described in the Privacy page, and you can ask for deletion any time by emailing the founder.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change as the product changes. Meaningful changes get reflected here, with the date at the top updated.
